3 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (red peppers, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms)
1-1/2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (about 2-1/2 cups)
2-1/4 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), cooked, drained
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

Add chicken and pasta; stir. Cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through.

Stir in cheese.
Kitchen Tips
Chicken 'N Pasta Carbonara
Substitute sliced fresh mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Pieces or Bits for the fresh vegetables listed. Cook the mushrooms in hot oil as directed. Add chicken strips, pasta and bacon; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Stir in the tomatoes and cheese.
Chicken 'N Pasta Primavera
Prepare as directed, using cut-up fresh asparagus and sliced mushrooms instead of the fresh vegetables listed. Garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes just before serving.
Shortcut
Use cut-up fresh vegetables from the grocery store salad bar. Or, substitute frozen cut-up vegetables for the fresh vegetables.
