6 cups torn romaine lettuce
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked and drained
8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 green onion s, sliced
1 large carrot, shredded
1/2 of a medium cucumber, sliced
6 pita bread s
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Toss all ingredients except pita breads and dressing until well blended.

Cut top 1/3 off each pita bread; discard top or reserve for another use.
