12 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked, drained
6 cups torn romaine lettuce
8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 green onion s, sliced
1 large carrot, shredded
1/2 cucumber, sliced
6 pita bread s
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Toss all ingredients except pita breads and dressing in large bowl.

Cut top 1/3 off each pita bread.

Spread inside pocket of each pita bread with 1 tablespoon dressing; fill pocket with 1/6 of vegetable mixture. Drizzle with additional salad dressing, if desired.
