Go blonde with tasty White Chocolate Blonde Brownies! These homemade blonde brownies are flavored with vanilla, pecans, brown sugar and white chocolate.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg s
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup BAKER'S Premium White Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Do not overbake.) Cool. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into 32 bars to serve.

Stir 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks into the brownie batter with the nuts before baking as directed.
