What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup creamy rice hot cereal, uncooked
1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix spinach, cheese and onion; spoon evenly into greased 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
Combine cereal and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk, egg product and margarine; mix well. Pour over spinach mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cut into 6 wedges to serve. Garnish as desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
Prepare as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
