1/3 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick

Heat broiler. Mix basil, nuts, mustard and garlic.
Broil steak, 6 inches from heat, 10 min., turning after 5 min.
Spread with basil mixture. Broil 3 to 5 min. or until steak is cooked through (160ºF).
