2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 cup cooked long-grain white rice

Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shrimp turn pink.

Add mustard, lemon juice and parsley; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
