Blend flour, cereal, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in small bowl; set aside.
Beat margarine or butter, sugar and egg in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy; mix in yogurt. Gradually mix in dry ingredients on low speed until well blended.
Drop by tablespoons onto greased and floured baking sheets. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. (Do not overbake.) Remove from sheets; cool on wire racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
