1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cans (4 oz. each) baby shrimp, drained
1/2 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish

Place all ingredients except crackers in small bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Serve as a spread with crackers.
