1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced carrot s
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced onion
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup uncooked spiral macaroni
1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
