Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add meat, half at a time; cook and stir until browned. Remove from pan; drain. Return meat with chili powder to pan; cook and stir 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes with liquid; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover.
Simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add steak sauce, beans and corn; cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until just heated through. Serve with crackers.
Substitute 1 lb. lean ground beef for round steak cubes.
