Beat pudding mix, margarine or butter and milk in large bowl with electric mixer at low speed for 2 minutes. Slowly beat in powdered sugar until blended.
Turn onto clean, dry surface and knead in wafers. Press mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in airtight container.
