What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cups chopped ham
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
3 large pita bread s, halved
1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 6 slices

Mix ham, cheese, peppers, mayo and mustard; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to use.
Fill each pita bread half with 1/2 cup of the ham mixture, 1 tomato slice and 1 avocado slice.
Round Out The Meal
Serve with assorted cut up fresh vegetables and a piece of fruit.
Substitute green peppers for the red peppers.
