Toasted sesame bagels form a creative bun for this mushroom-topped cheeseburger. You won't even miss the meat. (Did we mention the burgers are BOCA?)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 frozen BOCA Cheeseburger Veggie Burger s
1/3 cup red onion slices
2 tsp. olive oil, divided
1 portobello mushroom, sliced
1 tsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
2 sesame bagel s (4 inch), split, toasted
2 lettuce leaves

Let's Make It
Cook cheeseburgers as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook and stir onions in 1 tsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet.
Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min. or until tender and lightly browned, turning occasionally. Add onions and vinegar; mix lightly.
Fill bagels with lettuce, cheeseburgers and mushroom mixture.
Use Your Grill
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill burgers 8 min. or until cooked through (160ºF), turning after 4 min. Toss onions and mushrooms with oil in foil pan; grill (in pan) along with the burgers.
Use Your Microwave
To prepare in just minutes, cook burgers following the microwave directions on package.
Substitute arugula leaves for the lettuce.
