What You Need
Original recipe yields 13 servings
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes
13 cherry tomatoes
1 small each green and red pepper, cut into chunks
1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
26 wooden skewers

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix meat, dressing, bread crumbs and garlic powder in large bowl. Shape into 52 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Arrange meatballs, cheese cubes, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms evenly on skewers.
Prepare as directed, using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.
Serve with one or more of the following MIRACLE WHIP Dipping Sauces. To prepare, add any of the following ingredients to each 1 cup of MIRACLE WHIP Dressing: 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, 1 Tbsp.
