1 pint strawberries, hulled
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 container (8 oz.) BREYERS Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
32 NILLA Wafers
COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping (optional)

Reserve 1 strawberry for garnish. Place remaining strawberries in electric blender; cover. Blend until pureed.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl; stir in pureed strawberries. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 45 minutes.

Stir in yogurt. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until light and fluffy.

Line bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate with wafers. Pour in strawberry mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped topping and reserved strawberry, if desired.
