Let's Make It
Mix sour cream, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, onion and green pepper; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Spoon meat mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture and salsa; fold in half.
Variation: Mix sour cream with 1/2 cup salsa and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro.
Use Your Grill: Place steak or chicken breast halves on greased grill over medium coals; grill 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Warm the tortillas in foil pack on edge of grill while steak is cooking.
