Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/3 cup cholesterol-free egg product
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted

Place egg product, lemon juice, mustard and pepper in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed.
Add hot butter gradually through feed tube, blending on low speed until mixture is well blended.
