1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 lb.), cut up, skinned
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix crushed corn flakes, cheese and pepper. Brush chicken with mayo; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165°F).
Add some sweet potatoes to the oven when you bake the chicken. Then, round out the meal with some steamed broccoli and a fruit salad.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
