2 cups whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds, divided

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Beat egg in small bowl; stir in juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup oil and vanilla. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the cereal. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup cereal, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil; stir until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over muffins.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
