1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained

Let's Make It
Melt butter in medium saucepan on low heat. Add all remaining ingredients except fettuccine; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Place hot fettuccine in large bowl. Add cheese sauce; toss to coat.
Serve this indulgent dish with steamed or grilled vegetables.
Prepare as directed, using one of the following options: Alfredo with Bacon & Peas: Add 1 cup thawed frozen peas and 1 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits to the sauce before tossing with the fettuccine.
