11 graham crackers, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup crumbs)
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 egg s
1 tsp. rum extract
2/3 cup fat-free milk
powdered sugar, for garnish

Mix graham crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside. Beat margarine or butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Beat in eggs and rum extract. Blend in flour mixture and milk. Spread batter in greased 9-inch springform pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Bake 20 minutes more or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack. Remove side of pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
