Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir 3/4 cup of the sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Add 2 of the eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup flour until well blended. Stir in pecans. Spread into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, remaining egg and 1 Tbsp. flour in small bowl until well blended. Spoon over brownie mixture; cut through batter several times with knife.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan; cut into squares.
