1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 cup chopped tomato es
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. black pepper
