What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 slices firm white bread
1 pkg. (8 oz.) POLLY-O Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 8 slices
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red pepper s, drained, cut into strips
8 tsp. butter or margarine, softened

Top each of 4 bread slices evenly with cheese and peppers; cover with second bread slice.
Spread outsides of sandwiches evenly with butter.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Variation - Grilled Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Prepare as directed, omitting peppers. Cut grilled sandwiches into sticks. Serve with pasta sauce for dipping, if desired.
