These tasty kabobs get their Santa Fe style when they're basted with salsa, lime juice and A.1. Steak Sauce on the grill.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 lb. boneless beef top round steak, cut into thin strips
1 medium red onion, cut into 12 wedges
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed

Let's Make It
Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix steak sauce, salsa and lime juice in small bowl. Remove 1/2 cup of the steak sauce mixture for serving with kabobs; set aside.
Thread steak, onions and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers.
Grill kabobs 2 min. on each side for medium-rare doneness, turning after 2 min. and brushing with the remaining steak sauce mixture. Serve with the tortillas and reserved 1/2 cup steak sauce mixture.
When cutting the steak into strips, cut the steak across the grain for more tender cooked kabobs.
Store peppers in a resealable plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
