Heat chocolate, unwrapped, in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Remove from oven. Stir until chocolate is completely melted; set aside.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Beat eggs in medium bowl; stir in melted chocolate, sugar, buttermilk, 1/2 cup oil and banana. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in 2 cups of the cereal. Spoon batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Crush remaining 1/2 cup cereal in small bowl. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon oil; stir until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
