Microwave semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolates and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth; cool to room temperature.
Beat eggs and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed 5 minutes. Blend in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder and salt; stir until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chunks and walnuts. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until slightly cracked but moist. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
