2 cups fat-free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 can (8 oz.) peach slices in juice, drained, chopped
6 chewy raspberry-filled cookies, cut diagonally into quarters
1 Tbsp. raspberry preserves

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in peaches.

Spoon evenly into six 6-oz. dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Top each dish with 4 cookie pieces and 1/2 tsp. of the preserves just before serving.
