What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup minced shallots
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 boneless beef sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick (1 lb.)
1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1 Tbsp. capers, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Cook and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp. of the oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.
Increase heat to high. Add remaining 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet. Add steak; cook 3 minutes on each side.
Stir in steak sauce, capers and garlic; simmer 2 minutes or until steak is cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Serve with a steamed vegetable and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing
