Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed for 5 minutes or until very thick. Blend in melted chocolate and margarine or butter at low speed.
Add crushed crackers and beat just until blended. Stir in walnuts.
Spread mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely in pan. Drizzle with glaze; cut into bars to serve.
