Mix dressing and mustard. Pierce both sides of each chop several times with fork. Pour dressing mixture over chops in shallow dish or zipper-style plastic bag; cover.
Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate. Drain, discarding marinade.
Cook pork chops in nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package and cook broccoli. Serve chops with Macaroni & Cheese and broccoli.
