What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups chopped fresh vegetables
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
3 cups bow tie pasta, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Mix vegetables, sauce and 2 cups water in 12-inch skillet. Bring to boil.
Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
Serve with a crisp, mixed green salad, a whole-wheat roll and fresh fruit for dessert.
Substitute 3 cups rotini pasta or 8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, for bow tie pasta.
