1 pkg. (13 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, thinly sliced
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup water
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
