1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess.

Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Top chicken breasts with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until salsa is warm and cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
