2 Tbsp. KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup crumbled cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
