1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin or pork chops, cut into bite-size pieces
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cups frozen vegetable blend (such as pes and carrots)
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add pork; cook and stir for 5 minutes.

Add bouillon cube, 2 cups water, soy sauce and vegetables; stir. Heat to a boil.

Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Try serving with additional soy sauce and sprinkle each dish with chow mein noodles.

Tip! Great Substitute: Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork.
