These cheesy pita bread pizzas are topped with Italian dressing, red and green peppers, mushrooms and red onions for an easy and delicious entrée.

4 pita bread s
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing, divided
6 KRAFT Singles
1/2 each red and green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 red onion slices

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Place pitas on baking sheet; brush each with 2 Tbsp. dressing.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned.
Cut 2 Singles in half; place 1-1/2 Singles on each pita. Top with vegetables; drizzle with remaining dressing. Bake 1 to 2 min. or until Singles begin to melt.
Serve with a mixed green salad and piece of your favorite fresh fruit.
Omit 1/4 cup of the dressing. Prepare as directed, substituting toasted bagel or English muffin halves for the baked pita breads. Do not brush cut sides of bread with oil. Top with Singles and vegetables. Drizzle with 1/4 cup dressing. Bake at 375°F for 1 to 2 min. or until Singles begin to melt.
