Jelly beans are easier to stuff in baskets and hide for the Easter hunt. But these beautiful jewel-tone JELL-O Beans look much better on the Easter buffet!

Original recipe yields 8 servings
JELL-O JIGGLERS Bean Mold
1-1/4 cups boiling water or juice (Do not add cold water.)
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor

Let's Make It

Spray inside of bean mold with cooking spray. Place mold, fill side up, on tray.

Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into measuring cup with pour spout. Immediately pour into mold, filling each bean completely. (Any remaining gelatin mixture can be poured into custard cup.)

Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm. Tilt mold on slight angle over plate. Using moist fingertips, gently scoop beans out of mold. Keep refrigerated.

Prepare using 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin.
JELL-O Beans in a Cloud
Prepare JELL-O Beans and remove from mold as directed. Spoon 1/3 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping into each of 4 dessert dishes. Using back of spoon, make depression in center of COOL WHIP; spread up side of dishes. Fill with JELL-O Beans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
How To Make Different Colored JELL-O® Beans
Prepare half the recipe using 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin and 2/3 cup boiling water. Continue as directed, filling half of the mold (41 beans). Repeat using a different color JELL-O Gelatin; fill remaining half of mold.
