Original recipe yields 6 servings
3/4 cup KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup pea pods, blanched
1/2 cup shredded carrot s
1/2 cup bean sprouts

Mix dressing, soy sauce and crushed red pepper in large skillet.
Add chicken; cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through. Cool completely.
Toss chicken mixture with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Substitute 2 cups frozen oriental vegetables, thawed, for water chestnuts, pea pods, carrots and bean sprouts.
To enjoy this salad on the go, prepare as directed; spoon onto flour tortillas and roll up! Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat. This is also a great idea for other leftover salads.
