1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
whole wheat bread
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts *
1/2 cup blanched pea pods *
1/2 cup shredded carrot s*
1/2 cup bean sprouts *
1/4 cup chow mein noodles *
1/4 cup sliced green onion s*
2 Tbsp. sesame seed s

Mix dressing, soy sauce and red pepper in large skillet on medium heat.

Add chicken; cook and stir until cooked through. Cool completely.
