24 small Cuban crackers
1/2 cup sofrito sauce with tomato
6 KRAFT Singles, each cut into 4 triangles

Preheat broiler. Place crackers in single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
Spread each cracker with 1 tsp. of the sauce; top with 1 Singles triangle.
Broil 5 min. or until Singles are melted.
Substitute 24 large tortilla chips for the Cuban crackers and salsa for the sofrito sauce.
