Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until cooked through (160°F). Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Serve with a hot steamed vegetable and small cooked sweet potato.
Use Your Microwave
Prepare and shape loaf in 12x8-inch microwavable baking dish as directed. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until cooked through, turning dish after 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
