1 can (16 oz.) refried black beans
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Spread beans on bottom of 9-inch microwavable pie plate or quiche dish. Top with VELVEETA and salsa.

Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, turning every 2 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and chopped tomato. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Makes about 2 cups.

Oven: Prepare as directed. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
