1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1/3 cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red pepper s
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
48 lightly salted woven wheat cracker s

Let's Make It
Mix artichokes, dressing and Neufchatel with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in peppers and parsley.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Spread 2 tsp. artichoke mixture on each cracker. Serve immediately.
Substitute jarred roasted red peppers for roasting fresh red peppers.
