1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. each: salt and ground black pepper
1 large clove garlic, minced
4 cups pita bread pieces (3/4 inch)
1 cup chopped cucumber s
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

Beat olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and garlic in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
