Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 green onion s, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped red pepper s
54 fire-roasted tomato and olive oil woven wheat cracker s

Let's Make It
Combine all ingredients except crackers.
Spread onto crackers; place on baking sheet.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese mixture is hot and bubbly.
Use Your Microwave
Top crackers as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
Substitute roasted red peppers for the red bell peppers.
Prepare using thin woven wheat crackers or lightly salted woven wheat crackers.
