Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pita bread, split horizontally into 2 rounds
1 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Original Hummus
1/4 cup shredded carrot s
1 green onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
