Spread each tortilla with 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle 5 of the tortillas with shredded cheese; top with second tortilla, cheese-side down.
Coat griddle or large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Cook quesadillas 2 minutes on each side. Cut each tortilla into 8 pieces. Serve immediately with Pear Apple Chutney.
