What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, cubed
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 medium firm ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 small onion, quartered, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Let's Make It
Toss cheese, tomatoes, avocado, onion, cilantro and pepper in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
This summer salad goes well with grilled meat and a fresh fruit salad.
How to Pit an Avocado
Insert knife into tip end of whole avocado until knife reaches pit. Rotate knife lengthwise around avocado until avocado is cut in half. Gently pull avocado halves apart by twisting the two halves in opposite directions. Remove pit; discard.
